Welcome to SoCal Procurement Alliance
The SoCal Procurement Alliance was formed to increase the cooperative and collaborative procurement efforts across the region. The Alliance will increase efficiencies and leverage the collective experience of various markets, identify goods and services with high potential for savings, and provide market power to negotiate better terms and lower prices. In addition, the Alliance seeks to provide our local small businesses with increased opportunities to bid for local government contracts by reducing transaction costs through standardization of bidding procedures.
